Cipiripi cake
She designed the cake for her son's 17th birthday. :)
Preparation steps
- For the crust and whisk the egg whites well with sugar. Then add the hazelnuts, semolina, flour and drink, slowly combine the mixture with a spoon and pour into a baking tray (35x25) lined with baking paper. Bake the crust for about 25 minutes at 180C. Make the crust III in the same way.
- For the crust II, whisk the egg whites with the sugar well, then add the pudding powder and the drink. Combine the mixture slowly with a spoon, pour into a baking tray and bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
- For the filling I, whisk the egg yolks, egg, sugar and flour, then cook the filling in steam. Before the end of cooking, add the drink. Leave the filling to cool, then combine it with the whipped margarine.
