Cimbur with minced meat
Traditional Bosnian specialty. Quick and simple and very tasty dish. It is usually prepared from minced lamb and eggs. Delicious, filling and ideal with hot bread and a glass of yogurt.
Preparation steps
- Fry onions in heated oil and butter, fry diced peppers and garlic. Finally, add minced meat and simmer lightly with vegetables. Add a little hot water and when the meat is done, season, mix well and make indentations in the meat. Put one egg in each indentation to bake (egg on the eye), put in the oven and bake just a little over low heat. sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serving
Serve the finished dish, best with homemade bread and yogurt. Pleasant!
