Very easy and very tasty.
Preparation steps
- Cut the onion into large pieces and put it to fry in heated oil. Cut the champignons into leaves and add them to the onion to fry together.
- When the onion softens and changes color, add the minced meat and mix until everything is combined and fried. add pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Transfer the almost fried mixture to an earthen pan or something similar. Make small indentations and put one egg in them. Put all this in the oven to bake the eggs.
- When done, take it out of the oven and decorate with a little chopped parsley and peppercorns.
