Preparation steps

  • Beat the egg yolks and egg with the sugar until the sugar melts and then slowly add all the ingredients, raisins, ground walnuts, flour and grated rind of whole lemon. Bake in a medium-sized pan over low heat. when it is half baked over the dough, add the egg whites and sugar, which should be firm, salt with chopped walnuts and return to the oven to bake quietly. dry more than bake. when it is baked, take it out of the oven and cool it well.

Serving

when you knead the dough, it is quite sticky, patiently arrange it in a baking tray. it should be about 1 cm high, dried grapes should be chopped
