Ciganska baklava :)
In my sister-in-law it says so. The recipe is from about 20 years ago :). I don't know what it has this name :) Well, let me share it with you, maybe someone likes it. all cups of yogurt.)
Preparation steps
- Prepare 1fil lit.
- Prepare and 2 fil dark.
- Take the bark.
- Coat the first crust with 1 filling. Then put 2 crusts on it and coat it with 1 filling.
- Coat the third crust with the filling just a little at the beginning of the crust.
- Put brown on that filling (2fil.)
- Roll into a roll and place in a greased baking tray. Do the same with two more rolls. Move them apart because they grow when baking. From this measure, three rolls come out. Coat each roll with oil. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 250 ° for about 30m to bake .Depends on your rene.
