Ciambella with sour cream and caramel
Even though it was the weekend I needed something sweet and fast. There is never a mistake with cakes like this.
Preparation steps
- Pour milk and caramels into one pot, put them on the stove and melt the caramels with constant stirring. When dissolved cool slightly.
- Put eggs in a bowl and beat them well with sugar with a mixer. With constant whipping, add sweet sour cream and milk with caramels.
- Sift the flour together with the baking powder and add spoon by spoon to the previous mixture, stirring constantly with a mixer.
- Finally add the coconut flour and mix well.
- Pour into a greased ciambella mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes, or until the stick you stick in the dough is dry.
- Cool the cake in the mold, then transfer it to the rack to cool completely.
- Put the completely cold cake on a plate and sprinkle plenty of powdered sugar.
