Chrono bread that always succeeds
My 500th recipe :) Slowly but surely, I reached that number. Not a little, not a lot - enough for me. It was a great pleasure for me to cook and prepare food, paint and write recipes. Sometimes it was frequent, and sometimes I had to push myself really well to post something. Fatigue of materials, maybe years, but above all less household and not so demanding tasters. I have learned a lot during these years of publishing recipes, and above all I have improved my diet and I am increasingly attracted to recipes like this. This is a simple and tasty bread, which gives money to buy, everything can be prepared nicely at home and eaten healthily. I hope you like it, so we keep hanging out :)
Preparation steps
- Combine all dry ingredients, add oil, carbonated water and mix everything well. Line a small baking tray with baking paper, pour the mixture and flatten the surface with a damp hand. Sprinkle the seeds as desired and bake the bread for about 60 minutes at 220 degrees.
- Place baking paper or aluminum foil over the bread when baking. For about 10 minutes at the time of baking, take them off and bake the bread until the end to get a nice crust.
- Wrap the baked bread in a kitchen cloth and leave it to cool well overnight. You can cut it even after 1 hour, it will not crumble, but it is best when it cools completely.
- * The recipe is from here. * The glass is the one made of sour milk that you all have in the house.
- I used grape seed oil, for baking it tastes better. You choose which oil to put in the bread.
