Christmas spicy liqueur!
A fragrant liqueur with lots of fine spices and aromas for the upcoming holidays
Preparation steps
- Grate the orange peel and squeeze the juice. Put sugar in a bowl and caramelize it, reduce the heat and lightly add water, orange peel and spices (I beat them a little in a mortar to release even more aroma), cook until the sugar melts, and cool.
- Put raisins, cranberries, orange juice, syrup with spices and brandy (can also be vodka) in a jar, shake well and keep in a cool and dark place for 2-3 weeks, then strain it and enjoy ...... rank!
