Preparation steps

  • Filling: Saute onion in oil, add meat and spices and simmer, stirring occasionally, until done. Topping: mix all ingredients
  • Stacking burek: crust, oil, topping, 2 crusts, filling - repeat in several layers, finish with two crusts and before baking - cut into cubes and pour over the rest of the topping. To bake.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Note: I didn’t have any mineral so I made it with milk - just as good.
