Chokeberry jam

Start the day with a teaspoon of jam and a glass of warm water!

Preparation steps

  • Wash freshly picked chokeberries well under a stream of cold water. Dry with paper towels / napkins and put in a deeper sieve or pot! Using a stick mixer, mix the chokeberries as finely as possible.
  • Add sugar to the chopped chokeberry. Place the sickle on the hob. With the contents slightly warmed, stir with a wooden spoon as needed to dissolve the sugar, for about 2-3 minutes! The jam won't heat up much!
  • In the washed and oven-dried jars, pour the jam and close them well. Once the jar is open, store it in the refrigerator!

Serving

Take one teaspoon of jam to taste every morning, with a glass of lukewarm water!
