Chocolate trio cake

Preparation steps
- Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a steamer. Whisk eggs and egg yolks, add sugar, chocolate mass ... finally flour and baking powder. Bake two crusts at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Filling - the principle is the same for both light and dark canasche: Melt the chocolate with margarine in sweet sour cream. Leave in the fridge for 12 hours and then stir. Fill the lower crust with dark filling, the upper with light. Sprinkle with chocolate glaze.
