Chocolate Symphony
My "jubilee" 20th recipe for my jubilee birthday… ... The cake was made "on the fly" while I was making it…. And the end result: .. it's good :))) ..... and the symphony because which consists of a couple of types of chocolate… .. once again thank you all for the congratulations… ....
Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, add the other ingredients and finally the egg whites. Bake in a 25 × 30 tin.
- Baked and cooled biscuit cut and soak in the bay (pre-cook milk and chocolate. Powder)
- For the cream, cook the egg yolks, sugar and puddings in the milk (previously mixed with a little milk of this amount)
- In the cold add whipped cream, gelatin and margarine.
- Divide the cream into two parts, add finely grated chocolate with hazelnuts in one part and coarsely chopped milk chocolate in the other part.
- Stack: biscuit-dark cream-light cream-biscuits (soaked in boy) -dark cream-light-biscuit
- Top with whipped cream and ready melted cocoa topping
