Chocolate snails
Another recipe from the book chocolate cakes :))))
Preparation steps
- Separate a little from 3 dl of milk and stir in the pudding. Bring the rest of the milk and sugar to a boil, then pour in the pudding and stir to thicken. When cool, mix with cheese.
- Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder. Add all the other ingredients and knead the dough by hand or with a mixer at the lowest and then the highest speed, briefly, so that the dough does not become sticky.
- Flour the work surface a little and roll out the dough into a rectangle 25x35 cm. Coat with pudding and sprinkle with chopped chocolate cubes. Roll into a roll and cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
- Place in a baking tray lined with baking paper at short intervals. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes. Heat the jam and coat the hot snails.
