Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites, adding sugar. Add all the other ingredients to the well-beaten egg whites and combine, stirring gently. Bake the crust in a mold 24cm, 25 min, at 180C
- Pour a mixture of Baileys and chocolate milk over the cooled crust
- Whisk the pudding in 0.1 dcl of milk, and heat 0.5 dcl until boiling together with the sugar. Boil the pudding in boiling milk and mix until it thickens. Whisk the butter into the slightly cooled pudding. Add whipped cream and hazelnuts to the cooled pudding.
- Divide the filling into two parts, then whip the white Eurocream into one half and the black Eurocream into the other part.
- Put white filling on the crust first, then black filling. Garnish with whipped sweet sour cream or as you wish ...

Personally, I'm not a fan of pudding cakes / pies, but I really liked this cake. This time I baked it in a cube hoop measuring 25 * 25
