Chocolate rescue at the last minute
If you don't have too many ingredients in the fridge, and you urgently need some dessert, it can't be simpler and faster than this delicacy. You don't need eggs, milk, margarine or even a mixer !! Kiwi is used in this recipe but you can use any other fruit you have on hand.
Preparation steps
- Biscuit Instead of the classic preparation when you first stir the biscuit mixture in a bowl, this time you do the whole process in the bowl in which you will bake the cake - without first greasing it or sprinkling the bottom with flour. Put all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cocoa) in a baking tray and simply mix them with a spoon or fork. Then add the vanilla extract and oil, and pour hot water over everything and mix well, well. During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees (or 160 for stronger ovens) and when the mixture is well mixed, put it in the oven for about 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick when the biscuit is done.
- Kiwi cream Peel a kiwi and cut it into cubes. Put in a bowl and add 2 dcl of water, sugar, vanilla sugar ... boil and mix. Stir the pudding with a little cold water, then add it to the fruit and mix until it thickens. Add a few cubes of white chocolate. Spread the cream over the biscuit and cool.
