Chocolate pyramid

tila I make something sweet and chocolate. By the way, I make a pyramid with vanilla cream as it goes, but as I adore chocolate, I went a little ischemic in the chocolate version and I can say that I surprised myself how good it is :);)

Preparation steps

  • thinly stretch the puff pastry into a rectangle and cut into 10 equal strips (each half of the puff pastry into 5 strips). arrange the cherries in a column on each strip and roll. roll the rolls in a baking tray on baking paper, spread them apart because they swell, I baked 5 rolls in the largest baking pan and bake at 180 degrees until they turn brown (about 15 minutes).
  • prepare the gelatine according to the instructions on the bag. put the milk, sugar, and bourbon vanilla to boil (take 2 dl to stir the pudding). when the milk boils, put the whipped pudding and stir for a few minutes on the fire until it thickens. when you have removed from the heat immediately add the chocolate and gelatin and stir until melted and all lipo combined. add whipped cream to the cold cream
  • when the cherry rolls have cooled, first arrange 4 rolls, then cream, 3 rolls, then cream, 2 rolls, then cream and one roll on top, and coat everything with cream. whip 4dl of whipping cream and coat everything. you can sprinkle with grated chocolate or leave some cherries for decoration
