Chocolate princess donuts

Many have prejudices when making princess donuts, they are afraid that everything is too complicated. Cheated dough is very easy to make. I will do my best and write a detailed workmanship, stick to the recipe and success is guaranteed !!!

Preparation steps

  • MAKING THE DOUGH: Dissolve butter and vanilla sugar and salt in the milk.
  • When the milk has boiled reduce the heat and add the flour, stirring quickly over low heat
  • Stir until a compact mass forms and the dough begins to peel off the bottom of the pan, mix it a couple of times as if frying the dough, and then remove it from the heat
  • Allow this mixture to cool slightly, not completely, keep it slightly warm.
  • Now add 1 egg and mix well, then another egg and mix well again (this is very important to add one egg at a time) In the beginning as you add the first two eggs the mixture will be crumbly it is normal. After you have added the last egg the mixture must be compact.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray on a syringe of this pile (if you do not have a syringe, you can make small piles with a spoon).
  • From this mixture you will turn out 20 princesses Put the oven in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on a medium rack. Do not open the oven door while the princesses are baking
  • While they are still hot taken out of the oven, cut off their tops
  • Drizzle the cut tops with chocolate glaze or powdered sugar
  • MAKING THE FILLING: Cook two chocolate puddings together with sugar. Add the chocolate to the hot pudding and stir until melted.
  • Add the butter immediately
  • Dissolve the gelatin in water and rum and heat gently. Mix gelatin into the still warm cream and put the cream to cool.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate cream on the bottom of the princess
  • Then add the whipped cream over the chocolate cream (if someone doesn’t like whipped cream they don’t have to add it)
  • Fold the top of the princess that you topped with chocolate
  • NOTE: You can also make the cream with vanilla pudding and white chocolate.
