Preparation steps

  • Mix sugar and butter with a mixer and add other wet ingredients (vanilla extract, egg). Mix while adding flour and salt. Add the chopped chocolate and mix with your hands so that the chocolate is evenly distributed. Shape into balls, press them by hand and bake for 10-14 minutes.
