Chocolate cheesecake

After a long search I came up with this recipe so I can share it with you :) Recipe seen by Lorraine Pascale.

Preparation steps

  • Grind digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Place this mixture in a 23 cm cake tin.
  • The cream consists of cream cheese to which we have added powdered sugar. We melted milk and dark chocolate on steam. Leave 1/4 later of this mixture for the glaze. Add cream cheese spoon by spoon to the melted chocolate. Place the well-mixed cream on the biscuit and place in the fridge to squeeze.
  • Add 1/ tablespoon of oil to 1/4 of the melted chocolate and pour over the cream. We can still garnish with melted white chocolate. Let's get back in the fridge. When the cake is well squeezed, remove the mold.
