Choco-Pavesini cake

A simple cake ... ideal for children's birthdays ..

Preparation steps

  • Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff, add egg yolks, baking flour, cocoa, milk and oil. Pour into a mold and bake for 20 minutes at 180. (try with a toothpick when the biscuit is baked). Sprinkle the crust with cold milk.
  • CREAM: Mix 4 whole eggs with 20dkg of sugar, and cook on low heat or bagno maria, slowly add the cooking chocolate. When everything is well melted and when the cream has cooled, mix with a mixer 20dkg of margarine.
  • After we have sprinkled the crust with cold milk, we put half of the cream ... then we place a row of Pavesini biscuits (which we previously dipped a little in milk), and we fill the rest of the cream.
  • When we have spread everything nicely and combined ..... we coat the cake with a thin layer of whipped cream ....
  • and cover the cake with homemade fondant and decorate as desired .....
