Choco bomb

The bomb cake fascinated me, but the chocolate bomb ... left me speechless !!! :)

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs and sugar. Slowly add ground walnuts and flour and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a 28 cm cake tin, lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Use a toothpick to make sure the biscuit is baked. Cool the baked biscuit.
  • Filling: Whisk the butter with the sugar, add the egg yolks one by one when whipped, add the ground walnuts and plasma biscuits, and finally the orange juice. Coat half of the filling with the biscuit, and mix the melted chocolate into the other half, and then coat the filling with the first half of the filling. Whip the whipped cream and coat the cake. Garnish with grated chocolate.
