Chicory, radish and spring salad

The astringent taste of chicory will soften the yogurt dressing, radish makes the salad crispy, and onions - who doesn’t love spring onions ?!

Preparation steps

  • Wash the salad, dry a little, add a milk drink as desired, salt, pepper, oregano, a little olive oil… Mix.
  • When you are satisfied with the taste of your salad, grate the parmesan and serve.
