Chicken with bruises
Preparation steps
- Put the chicken in a heated pan to fry and occasionally turn it to brown evenly, and add a little salt when turning.
- In a saucepan with water, add a little salt and a little oil so that the bruises do not stick together while they are cooking. When the bruises are done, strain them.
- When the meat is cooked, remove from the heat and add a little mixture of dry spices, salt, pepper and a little special mixture of spices for chicken.
- Also add the cooked bruises. Mix everything well and return to the heat for 2-3 minutes to combine the bruises with the chicken.
