Chicken wings in oriental sauce by jamie oliver
For all lovers of oriental cuisine and u-mamma flavors ...
Preparation steps
- Wash and dry the wings, then pour the marinade. Marinade: In a bowl, mix sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper. Cover the chicken wings with the marinade and cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate. Preheat the oven to 220C (hot air to 200C) and bake the wings with a turn of 40-45 min. Towards the end, put on a long sliced leek and bake for another 10 min. Serve warm with a salad. If you want a complete meal or a little more specific when the wings are ready, take them out and wrap in foil, add chicken stock and 150 g of rice to the baking dish and cook for about 10 minutes or until the rice is ready, add salt to the rice and serve with wings.
- For an even more intense taste, you can add sesame paste or soy sauce. Enjoy!
