Chicken in a thousand ways

I love chicken and I can't help myself. She could eat it 365 days a year. You’ve probably already noticed this because most of my recipes refer precisely to combinations with chicken.

Preparation steps

  • Cut the chicken into strips. marinate in oil, red pepper and salt for about 20min. And then toast it sharply on both sides and then remove it from the side. Add a little onion, carrot, peeled tomato and a little chili pepper to the oil in which you fried the chicken, and cook it all together for about 20 minutes, then add the chicken you took out beforehand and continue cooking until the end. A few minutes before the end, add the corn, chives and a little fresh basil.
