Chicken & Chorizo ​​Meatballs

Pour chicken meatballs and chorizo ​​sausages. Recipe written last year, pictures of the procedure also done, but I can't put them together :)

Preparation steps

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: minced chicken, chopped chorizo ​​sausage (I put 1 very hot and half "normal"), chopped spring onions and purple onion, crushed garlic, chopped coriander or parsley, smoked and sweet red pepper, cayenne pepper and freshly ground salt and pepper. Don't over-salt because the sausages are already quite salty. Combine the mixture with your hands, cover and let it stand for about 10 minutes.
  • IF YOU FRIED THE HELMETS IN A PAN THAT CAN GO IN THE OVEN EVEN BETTER, LESS DISHWASHERS :)
  • Turn on the oven, set the temp to 180 degrees C. Form small balls / balls the size of, say, eggs or golf balls. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the balls for about 3-4 minutes to get a little crayon. Transfer the fried meatballs to a pre-lined baking tray and place in a preheated oven for a few minutes.
  • On a fine piece of bread with a little grated purple cabbage, carrots, lettuce, etc :)

Serving

Serve with fries, some white sauce and salad :) Or with rice and some red sauce :)
