Chèvre chaud in pancakes
I published this recipe last night, but in the meantime it disappeared without a trace… :( So: chèvre chaud is a warm goat cheese… In France, they like to eat it on a green salad, with tomato, prosciutto and toast, and this is a version with pancakes that can be a dessert , but also a smaller main course Yes, ok, there is no real picture yet, but - pancakes like pancakes!

Preparation steps
- Bake the pancakes, they can be a little thicker.
- Just before the end of baking, place the cheese cut into thick rings on half of the pancake, fold and heat a little more to melt finely.
- Remove to a plate and pour over with a little honey.
Serving
Salty version: no honey, with salad if desired. For the sweet version, I think walnuts would go well, but I haven't tried it yet…
