Chess roll
a roll that was created by chance about 10 years ago from other strips of white and black biscuit and cream from Russian hats. My sister, you are really resourceful
Preparation steps
- From the listed ingredients, whisk the yellow and black biscuit and bake in a greased and floured mold. Pour the baked biscuit onto a tray and let it cool. Cut both biscuits into 6-8 strips.
- WHITE CREAM: Boil sugar, egg, thickener and vanilla sugar in milk. Add the prepared margarine to the lukewarm.
- Shorten the wafers to the length of the biscuit and place it in a damp cloth to make it pliable. Apply a thin layer of cream on the wafer. Remove the dark strip of biscuit from the edge, put a little cream and the yellow strip of biscuit. Place the cream over the placed strips of biscuit and place a yellow strip, a little cream-sideways, and a dark strip of biscuit over the dark strip of biscuit.
- Fold the end of the wafer towards the biscuits, and bend the wafer over the entire roll. Lightly press the wafer with your hands to make it stick better to the biscuit strips.
