Cherry strudel semolina

Instead of cherries, you can also fill it with apples, cherries, blueberries or cheese. And you can mix several types of fruit. Sour cherries and this sweet coating make a great blend.

Preparation steps

  • For the coating, mix the eggs with the sugar. Add oil, yogurt, semolina and all other ingredients.
  • Three crusts are needed for each strudel.
  • Coat the first crust with a lot of stuffing (coating), cover with the second crust, which is also well covered with stuffing. Put a third crust on top of it all. Put cherries on the very edge of the crust and roll everything together in a strudel. Place in a greased pan.
  • Repeat with the other crusts. 4 strudels are obtained.
  • Coat them with melted margarine or just oil and bake.
  • Make sure they rise a little when baking.
  • Sprinkle the finished strudel with the staff and serve.

Serving

Honestly, we eat it half while it’s still warm!
