Cheesecake with goji berry topping (no sugar - dukan)
Spiced with Tamarichka cheesecake with white chocolate and cherries
Preparation steps
- Substrate
- Grind the biscuits in a mixer, add water and sweetener and mix a little more. Press the mixture into the mold and place in the fridge.
- Cream
- Put the gelatin in cold water.
- Mix cottage cheese with sweetener and vanilla and lemon juice. Beat the low-fat sweet cream a little and add it to the cream.
- Heat the gelatin in a small bowl, mix in one tablespoon of the cream and pour the gelatin into the cream. Stir well and pour over the base. Put in the fridge.
- Goji berry topping
- Put the berries in a small bowl, add water and let it cook for a few minutes - preferably at a slightly lower temperature. Pour the aroma at the end.
- Put gelatin in cold water and then in a bowl with berries. Add sweetener and mix well with a stick.
- They want to strain through a strainer. They want to pour the MILK over the cream and let it stand - preferably overnight. I admit I couldn't wait that long :)
Serving
Cake is essentially like Tamarichkin - because there is no better - but adapted for Dukanovci.
