Nothing new, nothing old ... well known to everyone
Preparation steps
- Put the meat in a deeper bowl, add all the ingredients, finely chop the garlic .... mix everything well, cover the bowl with foil and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Take out of the fridge and make cevape
- I baked them in a grill pan, without a drop of fat, but I mixed a little water, oil, pepper and in a bowl, so when the kebabs are almost baked, I sprinkle with a couple of spoons, put sliced bread on top and cover with a lid .... leave 1-2 to steam the bread and receive the smell of cevap .... and you according to your wishes.
Serving
It is nicer when the meat is ground 2-3 times, but it can also be done like this. I usually use meat with a maximum of 10% fat, but for cevape it is much, much better fatty meat, and you at will.
