Preparation steps

With a wet and warm spoon, grab the cream on a spoon, turning it into a circle to form a scoop of ice cream (if necessary, immerse it once more in boiling water). Shake a little with a spoon so that the scoop of ice cream will lightly slip out of the spoon onto a biscuit cone or into a dessert cup.
