Cauliflower-broccoli meatballs

Preparation steps
- Boil broccoli and cauliflower flowers in salted water - it should not fall apart. Soak oatmeal in water and allow it to absorb moisture.
- Add the broccoli flowers and cauliflower that we chopped with a knife to the oats, add everything else, eggs, onions, crumbs and spices to the mixture and mix everything well. Leave covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Put baking paper in a large oven tin and oil a little. Form the meatballs with a spoon and your hands, roll them in bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds, put them on baking paper, lightly coat them with oil and bake at 200oC for 15 minutes, turn and bake until they turn brown. You can also fry them in oil in a pan if you wish.
- Make a fine sauce by mixing all the ingredients. Dill can be used instead of parsley leaves.

Serve with pastries and fine sauce or make burgers with salad and meatballs with the addition of cheese, ketchup ...
