Cauliflower and cheddar dumplings

I’ve mentioned before that breaded cauliflower is one of my favorite childhood dishes, and this is a great healthier option.

Preparation steps

  • Cook the cauliflower in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  • Chop the cooked cauliflower. Add cheddar, sliced ​​spring onions, egg and crumbs. Add salt, pepper and vegeta. Shape into balls and place in a baking tray on baking paper. Drizzle with a tablespoon of oil. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes on each side (turn them after the first 15 minutes).
