Carrot and peach salad

Preparation steps

  • Peel a carrot and grate it finely, cut peaches into slices, wash spring onions and cut them into rings, chop Brazil nuts finely. Squeeze the lemon, add sugar and sprinkle over the salad, leave it to stand for a while and enjoy.
