Carpathians
I ate this for the first time with my dear friend Jasna and was immediately delighted with the look and taste. So for all of you who love cream cakes like me, here’s the recipe.
Preparation steps
- Dough:
- Boil water and margarine until it boils. Add 2 dl of flour and a little salt. Just stir to become one mass, do not cook.
- Transfer to a plastic container and immediately add one egg at a time (you don't have to wait for it to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Thinly spread half of the cream on baking paper in a large baking pan (for the oven) and bake for about 20 minutes at 220 ° C.
- Do the same with the other part of the cream to get two crusts.
- Cream:
- Cook the pudding with 2 dl of sugar in 1 l of milk.
- In the chilled add the margarine. While the pudding is cooling, it should be stirred so that no crust is made.
- Whip 1/2 l of whipped cream. Cut the fruit from the compote into smaller pieces.
- Stack: crust - cream - fruit - whipped cream - crust
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
