Carob brandy

I brought a bunch of carob from the sea and there they recommended me to make carob brandy. Well here it is!

Preparation steps

  • Cut the carob into smaller pieces. Put in a large jar.
  • Slice the lemon and orange and place in a jar.
  • Drizzle all this with grapefruit to cover that carob, orange and lemon and at least five more fingers to be just grapefruit because the carob will absorb a lot of brandy.
  • Seal the jar well and keep it in the sun for 50 days.
  • Then strain and put in bottles. Cheers!
