* Cappuccino Cheesecake *

Irresistibly creamy and fragrant cheese, with the taste of cappuccino ....

Preparation steps

  • First we bake a biscuit. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Add flour with cocoa powder and a pinch of pp and stir, so that there are no lumps. Add melted butter and stir once more. Pour the mass into a 26cm cake mold. Bake the biscuit for 10 - 12 minutes, in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • Coat the baked biscuit with jam. I have cranberry jam, which is a bit sour and which went well with the cake with its taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the raw cream into a smooth mass, which we pour over the jam. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 50 minutes.
  • Cool the baked cake in the oven. Transfer the cooled cake to a serving plate, which is placed in the refrigerator to allow the cake to cool well.

Serving

You can decorate a well-chilled cake with whipped cream or sprinkle with croquant.
