Cannelloni pancakes
Today I made them for lunch and they just thrilled me… everything and one ingredient is to my taste… By the way, the family really liked it :) They are very reminiscent of lasagna… so let's say they are lasagna, but with pancakes .. :)) )
Preparation steps
- Whisk the pancake batter and bake 12 pieces.
- Clean and cut the champignons. Clean the zucchini and grate them coarsely (the zucchini soften the smell of the champignons). Grate the cheese.
- Heat the butter or oil and fry the champignons briefly. Add the zucchini and boiled tomatoes, then simmer until all the liquid has evaporated (about half an hour). preparation
- After you have drained the filling, add the grated cheese and stir. Add salt, pepper and leave the filling to cool. Heat the butter or oil, add flour and fry for 2, 3 minutes. Gradually add the milk, stirring quickly and continuously. The sauce should be very thick. .Add spices and grated cheese and stir. preparation
- Coat the pancakes with the filling and wrap them tightly. Arrange the stuffed pancakes in a refractory dish larger than a rectangle. Arrange the 4 pancakes next to each other, and cut two in half and arrange them. bake. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. preparation
Serving
The real recipe is half measure, I made a double measure, because it is very small when it is half measure. By the way, only one row of pancakes is lined up, so besamel is on top, but it is much nicer and tastier this way moj
