Cake with eurocream filling
Who loves eurocream, here is the recipe for the cake!
Preparation steps
- Beat eggs with sugar and add dry ingredients and finally water. Bake on a baking sheet, lined with baking paper, at 180 (hot air, ordinary oven at 200) for about 20 min. Try with a toothpick if it is baked.
- Cool the baked crust. Cut the height into two crusts (don't worry, it's easy, the crust is very soft and flexible) and then cut it in half lengthwise to get 4 crusts.
- In milk, cook 4 puddings mixed with sugar. When cool add margarine or whisk butter. Divide into two parts in one add dark eurocream to the other part light eurocream.
