Cabbage salad with avocado and pomegranate
Salad that is great with grilled meat, skewers or suddenly fried in a pan.
Preparation steps
- Grate the cabbage, clean the pomegranate and remove the berries. Cut the avocado into cubes, I do it like this: I cut the avocado in half, take out the stone, cut the cubes with a knife and separate the avocado flesh with a spoon along the very edge of the peel. Convenient and without soiling the board or hands.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients with a fork to thicken a bit. Pour over cabbage and pomegranate berries, stir well. Finally, add the avocado and once again stir gently to mash the cubes as little as possible. Leave to stand for about an hour before serving.
