Preparation steps

  • Cabbage leaves, without the stalk (remove it along its entire length), wash well and chop finely. Beat eggs, add milk, sour cream, cheese, all three types of flour with baking powder, season to taste, mix well and fry in heated olive oil. For the sauce, finely chop a clove of garlic or primrose, if desired, and mix into a thick yogurt.
