Buried rolls!
I saw this recipe on 24kitchen so I decided to share it with you with small changes. :)
Preparation steps
- cut the white meat into snicle, beat well with a hammer and season with salt, pepper, and chili (for those who like it stronger, you can spread spicy mustard)
- put the spinach leaves and grate the cheese
- roll, fasten with toothpicks and roll first in flour and then in scrambled eggs and then in breadcrumbs
- fry in oil or fat until done!
Serving
mashed potatoes and spinach salad go great with this! nice! :)
