Buried rolls!

I saw this recipe on 24kitchen so I decided to share it with you with small changes. :)

Preparation steps

  • cut the white meat into snicle, beat well with a hammer and season with salt, pepper, and chili (for those who like it stronger, you can spread spicy mustard)
  • put the spinach leaves and grate the cheese
  • roll, fasten with toothpicks and roll first in flour and then in scrambled eggs and then in breadcrumbs
  • fry in oil or fat until done!

Serving

mashed potatoes and spinach salad go great with this! nice! :)
