Buns
Today I made buns for the first time, I am very satisfied with how I made them. They are so fine and soft! I’m sure I’ll be making them very often from now on. Feel free to substitute bread.
Preparation steps
- Put sugar and yeast in a little warm milk and wait for it to rise. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, oil, sour cream, yeast and warm water and knead the dough. If necessary, add a little more flour until you get a compact mass, which does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place to rise. During rising, be sure to stir the dough 2-3 times.
- Then divide the dough into 4-6 balls, spread them a little with a rolling pin and let them grow a little more. Cut them a little with a knife before baking.
- Preheat the oven (with a baking tray) to 250 ° C. Put the buns in a baking tray and bake until slightly yellow. Spray warm buns with water and wrap in a clean cloth. Cool them and serve as desired.
