Bunny muffins
Holidays for the palate, but entices and smiles every lovely bunny manfinčić :)
Preparation steps
- Whisk the butter with a mixer, at maximum speed, to make it smooth. Gradually add and whisk the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until you get a compact mass, smooth, like cream. Whisk the egg yolks into it, one by one. Mix the hazelnuts with the baking powder and mix on medium speed. Then add the grated chocolate and mix briefly. After that, whisk the egg whites separately into the solid snow, then combine with the mass, but do not mix with a mixer, but lightly with a spoon. Pour into greased molds sprinkled with sharp flour for mini muffins. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 50 minutes, but all the time making sure not to burn. When they are baked, leave them to cool, carefully take them out, then glaze them with chocolate. Decorate with fondant, form small bunnies. make a light blue and brown part, so that the eyes are complete. Make a muzzle of two equal pink balls, which we will then prick with a toothpick and a small part for the muzzle. In the lower part, prick the teeth, which are made of white fondant. Make the ears of pink fondant, then lightly cut above the eye with the tip of a knife, making small slits, into which we will prick the ears. The ears would remain in an upright position after drying. Leave everything to dry well at room temperature. After that, store in the refrigerator until serving. And here it is, a real cheerful sweet bunny, to the joy of the youngest ones. But also us big children! picture
