Preparation steps
- Melt the honey, butter, and yeast in warm milk and leave for about ten minutes
- Mix it all with the eggs, then add the flour and knead
- Leave the dough to double, while preparing the filling
- Filling: For the filling, mix everything and fry at a medium temperature, until the sugar melts and the apples soften
- Make a dough on the work surface, then spread it in the shape of a rectangle and sprinkle it with the filling
- Fold it from one side to the half
- So fold it on the other side as well
- Cut the dough into 'strips'
- 'Wrap' it and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and coat it with egg yolk whipped with 2 tablespoons of milk
- Bake at 180 C until golden brown and hot coat them with the coating (2 tablespoons of sugar mixed a little with 50 ml of water)
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired
