Bun

When I get bored of bread, I always make it and I like to eat it, but when I know it's homemade, not from a bakery, shop, etc. The simplest, and the most beautiful for me.

Preparation steps

  • Put crushed yeast, sugar in a bowl and pour lukewarm water over it. Allow the yeast to rise. When the yeast has risen, add a little flour, and continue to add the flour until you have added all the flour.
  • From all the ingredients, when we knead the dough, we put it on the work surface and roll the dough. Let rest for 20-30 minutes.
  • When it has grown, stretch it 2 cm thick and cut it 2-3 times. Place in a preheated oven at 200c and bake for 20-30 minutes. The bun can be sprinkled with sesame, flax, sunflower or coarse sea salt.
