Bump!
Traditional dish from my area. Very tasty and served warm!
Preparation steps
- Put 600gr of smooth and 100gr of sharp (white) flour in a deep bowl. Add 5 eggs (preferably fresh homemade), a spoon and a half of salt, one baking powder and whisk with milk. The mixture should be a shade-two thicker than the one for pancakes.Set aside.
- One chicken cut into pieces preferably not to be large. Add spices: salt and Vegeta. Fry in oil. Fry until it gets a golden-yellow color (during frying you can freely spray the chicken with a few drops of water).
- Pour some oil into the pan and heat in the oven. Pour the previously kneaded dough on the heated oil (step 1). As the chicken is ready, arrange it on the dough and put a piece of margarine or butter on each of the pieces of meat.
- Bake in a previously well-heated oven. Of course, reduce the temperature after about 15 minutes. Somewhere just before the end of baking, sprinkle the lump over the entire surface with cooking cream. Leave it in the oven at some 150 degrees. When it is baked, take it out of the oven and coat it again with mileram.
Serving
Serve hot ... Pleasant!
