Bulgur with vegetables
bulgur and I just met ... and what can I say is great
Preparation steps
- Boil the stock and put the bulgur, stir and cook on low heat for 10 minutes onions, carrots, celery cut into cubes add crushed garlic Heat the olive oil and simmer the vegetables for about 10 minutes ... then add the zucchini and diced wig .salt and steam and simmer for another 10 minutes .... slowly stir in the bulgur and that's it
