Bulgur with turkey

Bulgur is half-cooked, dried and crushed wheat. Delicious, healthy, very nutritious, and easy to prepare. I wish I had discovered it a long time ago, and not just this year, but when it comes to food like this, it's never too late :)

Preparation steps

  • Cut onions, carrots and turkey into small cubes. boil the soup cube in 0.5 l of water and use it later for soaking.
  • Fry the red onion in the heated olive oil until it becomes glassy. Add carrots and turkey and fry for about 10 minutes. Season with and curry.
  • Add the bulgur, mix everything together and fry for a few more minutes. Drizzle with the previously prepared stock until the bulgur is cooked and absorbs the liquid (it usually takes about 15 minutes).
  • Serve on a plate and enjoy your meal! :)
